Cheryl began yoga at home as a means of exercise and to increase her flexibility. Her sister gave her a gift certificate to try yoga at Ranjana's Studio where she began taking classes in 2001. From her further practice she gained consciousness of the breath and became more calm and relaxed. Delighted with the benefits of her practice (increased flexibility, balance, energy, and self-awareness to name a few), Cheryl continued to study with Ranjana and began teaching in 2004. She loves the warmth and friendliness of the students and staff at the Studio and feels honored to teach there.
