Susan Moushegean, Cognitive Therapist

Yoga has helped me reduce stress, become more aware of my body movement and postures, and taught me ways to relax. I practice daily and it has made positive changes in all areas of my life. I have taken yoga from several instructors and Ranjana Pallana, by far,has been the best teacher. She integrates everything into her class and truly makes changes in people's lives for the better.
